From Novice to Expert. With an app to track your progress and classes to fit most everyone’s schedule, no one else locally offers better, more cost effective training and programming. Especially with a focus on mace and kettlebell movements. Every week of this consistent functional fitness training has me feeling better and better! Highly recommend!
